Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosure installation, and related outdoor living space services in Santa Maria, California and the surrounding service areas. Services are rendered pursuant to a written contract signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service availability.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, and we reserve the right to modify the scope of services described on the Site without notice.
All estimates provided by Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the estimate and are subject to change. An estimate is not a final price or a binding contract. A final price is established only in a written, signed project contract.
Estimates may be revised if the actual scope of work, site conditions, or material requirements differ materially from what was assessed during the initial consultation. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding with additional work.
Prices quoted do not include applicable sales or use taxes, permit fees, or costs associated with HOA review or approval processes, unless expressly stated in the written contract.
Project start dates are subject to permit approval timelines, material availability, and scheduling capacity. We will communicate your projected start date in writing once the contract is signed and any required deposits are received. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to factors outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or project start date, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms specific to your project, including any applicable deposit refund policies, will be set out in your written project contract.
Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to reschedule or suspend work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are established in the written project contract and may include a deposit due at signing and progress payments tied to project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and customer walkthrough, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Failure to make payments on the schedule set out in the contract may result in a suspension of work. Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted under California law.
In the event of a dispute over invoiced amounts, the undisputed portion of an invoice remains due and payable on the original due date.
Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios will obtain required building permits for work that requires them, as specified in the project contract. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals prior to the start of construction. Work may not begin until all required permits and approvals are in place. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in the project contract.
Any express warranty provided by Santa Maria Sunrooms & Patios will be stated in your written project contract. Except as expressly set forth in that contract, all services and materials are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by California law.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services provided will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to non-binding mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Santa Barbara County,California.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
